Commercial Electrical — Fit-Outs, Maintenance & Compliance
Shop fit-outs, office electrical, hospitality venues, LED retrofits, emergency/exit lighting and scheduled maintenance — work carried out around your trading hours, not in spite of them.
When businesses call us in
Commercial work usually falls into one of these categories.
- Fitting out a new shop, office or hospitality venue
- Old fluorescent lighting costing more to run than it should
- Emergency & exit lighting overdue for testing or non-compliant
- No scheduled maintenance in place and things are starting to fail
- Switchboard or supply can't handle new equipment
- Need work scheduled after hours or around trading days
What you get working with us
Minimal disruption
Work scheduled around your trading hours where possible — after hours, weekends, or staged by area.
One point of contact
Licensed electrical work plus AV, security and network in the same visit if a venue needs all four.
Lower running costs
LED retrofits and load reviews that pay for themselves in the power bill, not just a compliance tick.
Ongoing maintenance
Scheduled contracts available so testing and compliance don't become a surprise before an audit.

A café fit-out, finished before opening day
A new café fit-out had a fixed opening date and a fluorescent-lit shell that needed to go from empty tenancy to trading floor. We handled the full electrical fit-out — LED lighting, powerpoints for the espresso equipment and POS, compliant emergency and exit lighting, and a switchboard upgrade to handle the new load — scheduled around the builder's program so it didn't hold up any other trade.
Doors opened on schedule, fully compliant, with a scheduled maintenance contract in place so testing and compliance don't turn into a surprise before their next audit.
